		<description>I not too long ago went to a physical fitness bootcamp and was challenged and amazed at how hard we pushed each other.  I definitely enjoyed myself!  I lost ten pounds and many inches.  I sense very energetic and strong!  It has absolutely increased my confidence levels.  I like to go shopping now lol some thing I wasn&#039;t enjoying numerous months ago.  I experience happy and excited additional frequently than not.  Exercising really does uplift your spirits!</description>
